Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the effect of time management on the performance of employees at project offices in the municipality of Shahat.The study's problem is to investigate the nature of the relationship between time management and performance in many executive sectors in the municipality of Shahat, by measuring the impact of time elements (time planning - time organisation - time direction - time control of employees' performance level. The researchers conducted a field study on engineers and technicians in the project offices in the municipality of Shahat, and the study population included all general managers, department directors, and department heads in the project offices in several sectors in the municipality of Shahat (41). The questionnaire was used to collect the data and information required to meet the study's objectives. The study produced a number of conclusions after employing suitable statistical methods in analysis, the most notable of which was the existence of a relationship between the use of time management and the level of employee performance.  Furthermore, project time management has a significant impact on productivity. The study's findings revealed that identifying the causes of low employee performance might aid in resolving deviations in the project schedule with the goal of increasing employee performance. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most essential of which is to offer time management training courses for employees in project offices, as well as to monitor staff morale.
