Organizational Behavior and Its Role in Enhancing the Performance of Employees in Libyan Universities A Field Study on the Administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University

This study aimed to identify the role of organizational behavior elements in enhancing the performance of employees in Libyan universities. To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was employed to collect field data on the variables of the study problem in order to test the hypotheses. The study population consisted of all employees at the administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University. The study sample was selected using proportional stratified sampling, where (204) questionnaires were distributed, and (196) questionnaires were retrieved.

The degree of presence of organizational behavior elements in the administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University was moderate from the perspective of the sample members.
The level of employee performance in the administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University was moderate from the perspective of the sample members.
The results also indicated a positive and moderate statistically significant correlation between organizational behavior elements and employee performance in the administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
Additionally, there was no partial statistically significant effect of organizational behavior elements on employee performance in the administration of Omar Al-Mukhtar University.
