The current research aims to identify the level of organizational commitment at Mr. Muhammad bin Ali Al-Senussi Islamic University as seen by university employees in terms of the dimensions of organizational commitment (continuing commitment - commitment and responsibility towards the university - emotional commitment).
The descriptive analytical method was used in order to suit the nature of the research, and through its application, the level of organizational commitment was identified at the Islamic University of Sayyid Muhammad bin Ali Al-Senussi. The sample was selected using a comprehensive survey method and its number reached (35) employees, with a percentage of (31%). The questionnaire form was distributed to the sample members, and the number of forms that were suitable for analysis reached (34) forms, all of which were collected and after reviewing them, their integrity was confirmed, so that they were all subjected to statistical analysis of the data through the use of the statistical package program (SPSS). The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The level of organizational commitment among employees at Sayyid Muhammad bin Ali Al-Senussi Islamic University is high, as the three dimensions (continuing commitment, commitment and responsibility towards the university, and emotional commitment) received high relative importance, as the dimension of commitment and responsibility towards the university ranked first, followed by the dimension of emotional commitment. Then followed by continuing commitment
