Abstract

This study aimed to measure the role and impact of EHRM on job performance among human resources employees at the National Commercial Bank. The descriptive approach was used, and simple regression analysis was employed to test the study's hypotheses. Sixty questionnaires were distributed to employees, and 53 were returned. The results revealed a positive relationship between the dimensions of e-management (e-recruitment, training and development, performance management and evaluation, and e-wage and compensation) and job performance. Based on these findings, a set of recommendations and suggestions for future research related to the study were presented
